Welcome to Love From Fluffy!
These terms explain how our little stationery shop works and the rules that apply when you shop with us. By placing an order through our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Our products
We do our best to make sure our product photos, descriptions, colours and measurements are as accurate as possible.
Please note that colours can look slightly different depending on your screen or device.
Some of our products may be handmade, assembled or packed by hand, so small variations may occur.
These do not affect the quality or intended use of the product.
2. Placing an order
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your basket.
Once your order has been received, we will send you an order confirmation email. Your order will be accepted when we confirm it and begin processing it.
We reserve the right to cancel an order if, for example, a product is unavailable, there has been an obvious pricing error, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are displayed on the website at the time of purchase.
Delivery charges, where applicable, will be shown before you complete your order.
Payment must be made at checkout using the payment methods available on our website.
We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors. If you have ordered an item at an obviously incorrect price, we will contact you before processing the order.
4. Delivery
We aim to process and dispatch orders within the timeframe stated on the product page or at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the delivery service and destination.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive any available tracking information.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at lovefromfluffy@gmail.com with your order number and photographs of the damage.
If no different delivery period has been agreed with you, UK consumer law generally requires goods to be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days.
5. Returns and cancellations
If you are a consumer purchasing online, you normally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without needing to give a reason.
After telling us you wish to cancel, you normally have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Some products are excluded from this right, including goods that have been made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
6. Faulty or incorrect items
We want you to be happy with your order.

Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under UK consumer law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or removes your legal rights as a consumer.
7. Personalised products
If we offer personalised or made-to-order products, please check your spelling, wording and other details carefully before submitting your order.
Because personalised products are made specifically for you, they may not be eligible for cancellation simply because you have changed your mind.
This does not affect your statutory rights if the item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
8. Website use
Please don't copy, reproduce, modify or use our website content, product photography, illustrations, designs, branding or other original content without our permission.
All content belonging to Love From Fluffy remains our intellectual property unless otherwise stated.
9. Website availability
We do our best to keep our website accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted or completely error-free.
We may occasionally update, change or remove products or website content.
10. Our responsibility
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
We are not responsible for losses that could not reasonably have been expected when you placed your order.
Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.

We collect information such as your name, email address, delivery address, order details and payment information when you place an order or contact us.
